Eligibility:

This Giveaway Contest (the "Campaign") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Neon Prairie Fest, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the "Employees"), as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees, are not eligible to participate. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Agreement to Rules:

By participating, the contestant ("You") agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and represents that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Neon Prairie Fest as final and binding in all matters related to this Campaign.

Campaign Period:

Entries will be accepted online starting on February 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM CST and ending on March 1, 2025, at 5:00 AM CST. All entries must be received by the deadline.

How to Enter:

To enter, You must complete the following steps:

Opt-in to the Neon Prairie Email List via the official entry form at [https://contest.neonprairiefest.com/].

Entries that do not adhere to these requirements may be disqualified at Neon Prairie Fest’s sole discretion. Each contestant is allowed only one (1) entry. Multiple entries using different email addresses, identities, or automated methods are prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Prizes:

The Winner(s) will receive 2 VIP Passes plus 1 Camping spot to Neon Prairie 2025, scheduled for September 6-7, 2025, at Postoak Lodge near Tulsa, Oklahoma. No cash or prize substitution is allowed except at Neon Prairie Fest’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable, and all taxes and additional expenses associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

Odds:

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification:

Winner(s) will be selected by random drawing under the supervision of Neon Prairie Fest. Winner(s) will be notified via email within five (5) days of selection. If a Winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within three (3) days, or does not comply with the Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected.

Rights Granted by You:

By entering, You grant Neon Prairie Fest permission to use your entry, name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Terms & Conditions:

Neon Prairie Fest reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign if fraud, technical failures, or other unforeseen issues compromise the integrity of the Campaign. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the Campaign may be subject to legal action.

Limitation of Liability:

By participating, You agree to release and hold harmless Neon Prairie Fest and its affiliates from any claim, damage, or liability arising from participation in the Campaign or acceptance/use of any prize.

Disputes:

This Campaign is governed by the laws of the United States and Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law doctrines. Any disputes shall be resolved individually in the courts of Oklahoma.
